The Company

PRIMESTAR Group is a leading independent hospitality platform in the DACH region with ten years of experience, 4,301 rooms and an annual turnover of around 150 million euros. As a next-generation hotel operator, it is based on the “4Ps" and works with institutional partners such as Union Investment, DEKA, Hilton and IHG. It also has strong liquidity and AAA rental guarantees from the R+V insurance group.

PRIMESTAR operates the largest Hampton by Hilton and Holiday Inn Express in continental Europe and has been expanding with its own brands June Six Hotels and June Stay since 2022. A progressive tech architecture is driving the future-oriented hotel development.

The strategy

PRIMESTAR is one of the leading operators of international branded hotels in Germany through its primary segment „Franchise“. It is one of the few German operators with strategic multi-development agreements (MDA) with the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Hilton and pursues a customized brand and franchise approach for each individual location. With Primestar Operator GmbH, the Group operates its own June Six/Stay brand with up to 20 hotels that integrate a long-stay concept and working lounges. The focus for the planned own brand is increasingly on the acquisition of existing hotels, their rental agreements or operating companies.

PRIMESTAR specializes in centrally located, limited service hotels with 100 to 450 rooms, including selected airport hotels. Regionally, PRIMESTAR concentrates on the seven German A-cities, economically strong metropolitan regions and Vienna.
