The partnership will focus on enhancing all guest-facing technology to boost guest experience while also making standard processes more efficient for Primestar\u2019s team members.<\/p>\n<p>As guests' expectations continue to evolve, it is essential for hotels to adopt innovative solutions that enhance the guest experience and improve operational efficiency by adopting a holistic approach. at-visions is a technology company that specializes in providing innovative solutions for the hospitality industry along the whole guest journey.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to basics like high-quality Wi-Fi and the ability to easily stream Netflix on in-room TVs, at-visions will also provide Primestar Hospitality with a complete set of mobile-first solutions. This includes frictionless online check-in and mobile key capabilities, allowing guests to optionally bypass the front desk entirely and go straight to their room upon arrival. These will make processes seamless for guests, while also improving efficiency for staff members. In addition, guests will also have easy access to in-house services as well as curated local experiences. The roll-out of these services will be project by project over the coming months, ensuring a smooth transition for both guests and staff. The self-developed guest experience App will provide the basis for direct guest communication while providing digital signage for tailored information and promotions.<\/p>\n<p>The first project to be fully equipped with at-visions technology is <strong>June Stay Lake Garda<\/strong>, which opened in June 2023, a design aparthotel with 46 apartments, pool, restaurant and a wide range of services including gym, SPA and beach access . The June Six Hotel Hannover, also part of the Primestar brand family introduced in 2022, as well as other projects in Austria and Germany will follow shortly.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, another important piece of Primestar\u00b4s overall digitalization  strategy will be the implementation of <strong>Lokalee.<\/strong>It is an AI-powered content platform specifically developed for hotels being a fully-integrated solution that covers all guests\u2019 needs, enabling them to access unique local contents about both the hotel and the city they\u2019re visiting.
