Berlin, 2 May 2022<\/strong> 2022 \u2013 With its new brands June SiX, June Stay and WorX, the hotel operating company Primestar Group is introducing a new product concept with an integrated offering across the hotel, long-stay and workspace segment in German A-cities.<\/p>\n

The expansion of the Primestar Group's product offering complements the established franchise segment, which consists of 14 franchise hotels in German A-cities.<\/p>\n

Das erste June Six-Flagship-Hotel wird am 6. Juni 2022 als June Six Berlin City West direkt am Savignyplatz mit einem neuen Barkonzept, der June Bar, er\u00f6ffnen. Weitere Standorte in deutschen A-Lagen wurden bereits unterzeichnet und werden im Laufe des Jahres bekannt gegeben.<\/p>\n

June Six<\/strong> is a vibrant, young hotel boutique brand meant for the conscious and flexible accommodation in the heart of the city. The hotels will be located in urban and central areas throughout Europe with a unique location and diverse offering. The hotels are furnished and designed with a contemporary interieur and open space. Selected locations will offer June Bars, the own bar concept reflecting urban elegance.<\/p>\n

In addition to the June SiX hotel line, Primestar Group is launching its long-stay brand June Stay as well as its co-working platform WorX in order to address the new conscious and flexible way to \u201ctravel.work.live.\u201d.<\/p>\n

The registered trademark \u201ctravel.work.live.\u201d is reflected in the three new brands, for example with co-working offers and WorX locations both in the existing franchise hotels as well as in the new June SiX hotels.<\/p>\n

WorX<\/strong> is Primestar Group\u2019s own co-working brand offered in June SiX hotels and upcoming June Stay locations as well as the existing 14 franchise hotels. Flexible access will be granted through either a one-day pass or a subscription model. WorX offers modern desks, co-working space, and meeting rooms. In addition, young professionals, for example, will also be able to access the hotel\u2019s amenities such as the gym or bar.<\/p>\n

June Stay<\/strong> is the extension of the June SiX world and offers rooms for long-term bookings. Most rooms will offer additional space and amenities such as kitchenettes and home office furniture to optimize the guests living experience.<\/p>\n

Primestar Group currently operates 14 franchise hotels in major German cities. The existing franchise portfolio currently comprises 3,334 rooms in German A-destinations. Over the long term, Primestar Group is planning to increase its franchise segment to at least 20 hotels with institutional partners. With Primestar Operator GmbH, the Group launched its own brand June SiX in the city boutique hotel segment with the plan to expand the June SiX portfolio to up to 20 properties including June Stay, a long-stay concept, and workspace network WorX. For its own brand, the Group is focusing on growth via the acquisition of existing hotels, leases, or operators.<\/p>\n
